⚡ Flat Service Fee (Quick Tech Fix) This option is for simple, one-off issues that just need to be fixed—no training or long setup required. Perfect for things like: • Password resets & login issues • Email not sending or receiving • Printer not printing (again 🙃) • Accounts or apps that suddenly stopped working These sessions can be virtual or in-person and typically take under one hour. 💳 Payment is collected at the end of the appointment. ⏱ If the session runs longer than one hour, an additional $50 will be added. If the issue turns out to need deeper setup or training, I’ll always let you know before moving forward—no surprise tech drama here.
